Prepped Palate is a vibrant meal prep and grab-and-go concept bringing fresh, flavorful meals to Nashville. Located in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, this 1,620-square-foot space was designed to support both efficient back-of-house production and a seamless, customer-facing experience.

The vision for the project began with a full brand refresh, including a bold color palette, updated logo, and custom wallcoverings. Color and pattern were used intentionally throughout the space to reflect Prepped Palate’s mission of delivering a flavorful, energizing experience. A favorite moment is the citrus slice wallcovering in the restroom, paired with vibrant orange tile to create a refreshing environment that reinforces the brand identity.

The open-concept kitchen serves as a focal point of the design, allowing customers to engage with the process and see that meals are made locally and from scratch. This transparency adds a dynamic, interactive layer to the space.

The design balances functionality with a bright, inviting aesthetic, resulting in a space that feels efficient, engaging, and distinctly on-brand.
