PINK DOOR COOKIES
NASHVILLE, TN
After many months in the outdoor market, Pink Door Cookies was looking for a new permanent space in the Nashville Farmers’ Market. This new space takes advantage of one of the market building’s four silos and is in fact the only one to be used as interior shop space. This small, round footprint was a exceptional design pairing with the Pink Door Cookies brand that is unafraid of color, pattern, texture, and fun!
The goal was to pack as much into the small 14’ round room as possible, including neon signs, rainbow ceiling graphics, disco ball, roller rink carpet, and pink casework. In addition to offering cookies in 15 flavors, Pink Door prides themselves on offering a wide variety of colorful merch. Almost every inch of the walls are programmed to showcase as much of the merchandise as possible. The custom casework is carved into curved sections to emulate the cookie bites within the Pink Door branding. Storage is carved into any solid piece of casework available including below the shelves and below the bench to allow the store to function with as few trips to the storeroom as possible. Open floor space in the center allows for traffic incoming from the food hall while a new take-out window on the exterior allows the shop to serve customers inside and out.
