PINKY RING PIZZA

MADISON, TN

Pinky Ring Pizza is a fast-casual pizza and beer concept in Madison, TN opened in October 2022. The concept was founded after the owner acknowledged the lack of quick and easy lunch and dinner options on the Gallatin Pike corridor. The existing space was renovated from a defunct pizza chain location. The small 1,050 sf space was completely gutted. The kitchen and queueing was rearranged to allow for efficient operations and fluid movement through the space by staff and customers. The build-out focuses on durability, clean, and bright finishes with the incorporation of natural wood accents while incorporating playful paint and tile colors. The existing an open truss ceiling was preserved and painted signature pink. New bar top seating lines large storefront windows to take advantage of natural light.

On the exterior, existing parking was transitioned into a new patio with picnic table seating to supplement the bar seating inside. A sliding window was added to the exterior to allow for walk-up ordering and serving right onto the patio, mingling aroma and activity inside and out. A wooden divider wall provides privacy from the street and incorporates planter boxes to grow spices.
